Return Policy

Purchaser must ensure that all the goods are thoroughly checked on delivery.

  • Return within 14 days, Delivery charges apply.
  • The purchaser must take full responsibility to check and offload all the goods of all deliveries.
  • The purchaser shall inspect the conditions of the goods immediately upon receipt thereof and shall within 24 hours from such inspection give notice in writing to the seller of any matter or thing by reason whereof he alleges that the condition of the good is not in accordance with the contract. If the purchasers fail to report any damages within specified time, purchaser will be responsible to pay for it in full and such complaints will not be accepted by the seller.
  • Marble & mirror items must be checked on delivery. Any complaints regarding Marble & Mirror items will not be accepted.
  • Drivers will only collect items which have not been assembled, in their original packing and on receipt of an authorized return note from the sales office. If goods are to be returned to our drivers, a detailed description for reason of return together with the invoice number must be reported to sales office in writing prior to delivery or collection.
  • Purchaser must provide pictures for any damaged item within 7 days of purchase, example: Picture of the damaged part; Full picture of the item; Side & front view of the item and the sticker on the item.
  • The purchaser must provide invoice number and date which they took delivery.
  • Goods are not accepted by the seller for return from the purchaser without the prior consent and return note from the sales office prior to delivery.
  • Credit or Refunds can only be issued after inspection by our Q.A staff.
  • Credit will only be allowed on your next order if authorized.
  •  Small screws and fittings can be posted free of charge if informed within 7 days of delivery.
  •  For replacement parts of furniture example: legs, back panels, tabletops will also require all above procedures.
